NEW DELHI: Debt wracked Vodafone Idea announced on Thursday that the consolidated net loss for the March quarter narrowed to Rs.6,419 crore. The company posted a loss of Rs. 6,563 crore in the same period last year. Service revenue increased about 3% to Rs. 10,506 crore in the quarter from Rs. 10,229 crore in the March quarter of 2022, the company said.
However, water of ideas reported a widening loss to Rs.29,298 crore for FY23. The company posted a consolidated loss of Rs.28,234 crore in FY22. It posted its first annual post-merger revenue growth in services. Turnover increased by 9% to Rs 42,134 crore per year from Rs 38,489 crore Year before. The Company’s capital expenditures for the quarter were Rs.560 crore bringing the total for FY23 to Rs.3,360 crore.
