Former NBC Universal executive Joe Benarroch will join Twitter He told Reuters on Monday that he is focused on business operations.
Benarroch said in an email that he looks forward to working with the company’s team to “build Twitter 2.0 together.”

At NBCUniversal by Comcast Corp. Benarroch was responsible for the communications strategy for the Advertising and Partnerships department, reporting to Yaccarino, who was the Advertising Director there before joining Twitter.
Benarroch is appointed following the departure of a number of senior executives, adding to Yaccarino’s challenges.
Twitter head of trust and safety Ella Irwin said Thursday that she had resigned from the social media company.
On Friday, Reuters reported that head of brand safety and ad quality, AJ Brown, had decided to leave the company.
The Wall Street Journal first reported Benarroch’s appointment on Sunday.
